This time tomorrow I’ll be somewhere over the Pacific Ocean, headed to Shanghai. So much more to tell, but that’s all I’ve got for now. See everyone soon.

Headed to Shanghai tomorrow, starting with a ungodly-early 4:45 a.m. cab pickup at my apartment (which is why posting this is the last thing I’ll do before going to bed). All told it’ll be a little over 24 hours, door to door, but that’s a small price to pay. I’ve been waiting for this trip […]
Starting Monday (and interrupted only by Thanksgiving), I’ll be taking up a week-long residence at Hartford Coffee Company in beautiful Tower Grove South. I’ll be working on my final projects for Digital Libraries and Interface Design, but I always have time to chat with my friends, so drop on by.

However I’ve arrived safely and have set up quarters at Radvision’s Beijing R&D Center — what used to be VisionNex — until we take off for dinner. More about the flight when my head stops spinning.
These are the things I bring with me to China:
$245 worth of vaccines (Hepatitis A, meningitis, typhoid, polio) and prescriptions (Lomotil, Cipro, cloroquinine) — I do this for you, Mom and Dad. Also, a bottle of melatonin to help me sleep on the plane and some Claritin to deal with the dusty Beijing air.
Three “Spawn” […]
It’s been so long since I updated this site that I hardly know where to start. So we’ll start at the very beginning, which is indeed a very fine place to start:
Classes wrapped up the first week in May, and despite not having taken an exam in ten years or so (aside from a driving […]
