Aside from an accidental punch in the neck from the guy in the next lane, this evening’s session was happily uneventful. I still had to share the lane with a couple of other swimmers, but unlike last time, we were pretty well matched in terms of speed. Did 80 lengths again (1.136 miles / 1,828.8 meters) and almost tacked on another 10, but thought better of it. I’ll get there soon enough.
